If the refund happens during the 30 days hold, that commission is cancelled before it's paid. If it happens after we've paid you, we take it off your next payout.
Not yet. Only web purchases earn right now. If someone you send us installs the iPhone or Android app and subscribes there, we can't see that they came from you, so it doesn't count. We'll email partners when that changes.
